PAK Antikörper und Ähnliche Produkte

Santa Cruz Biotechnology bietet eine umfassende Sammlung von PAK-Antikörpern für die Untersuchung von p21-aktivierten Kinasen (PAKs) in verschiedenen zellulären Prozessen. PAK-Antikörper sind validiert für Western Blotting (WB), Immunpräzipitation (IP), Immunfluoreszenz (IF), Immunhistochemie mit Paraffin eingebetteten Schnitten (IHCP), Durchflusszytometrie (FCM) und Enzymimmunoassay (ELISA).PAKs sind Serin/Threonin-Kinasen, die Zellmorphologie, Motilität und Überleben regulieren. PAKs sind an Signalwegen beteiligt, die Reaktionen auf Wachstumsfaktoren und Stress vermitteln, was sie zu wichtigen Zielen in der Krebsforschung und bei anderen Krankheiten macht. Das Verständnis der PAK-Funktionen kann neue therapeutische Möglichkeiten für verschiedene Erkrankungen eröffnen. Die Forschung hat gezeigt, dass PAKs die Dynamik des Zytoskeletts und die Zelladhäsion beeinflussen.
