γPAK Antibody (H-4) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a antibody that detects γPAK in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). γPAK, a serine/threonine kinase, plays a crucial role in cellular signaling pathways by interacting with small GTPases Rac1 and Cdc42, which are pivotal in regulating various cellular processes, including cytoskeletal dynamics and cell motility. γPAK (H-4) antibody enables research into γPAK′s ability to modulate these GTPases′ activity; upon binding to their active GTP-bound forms, γPAK inhibits their intrinsic GTPase activity, leading to autophosphorylation at key sites such as Ser 141 and Thr 402. These phosphorylation events are critical for γPAK activation and subsequent dissociation from the Rac/Cdc42 complex, allowing γPAK to engage with downstream substrates like Mek kinase, which is integral to the JNK signaling pathway. anti-γPAK antibody (H-4) provides reliable detection and analysis of γPAK, facilitating research into cellular signaling and potential implications in various diseases.
