PAK6 Antibody (H-6) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b kappa light chain antibody that detects PAK6 protein of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). PAK6 (H-6) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. PAK6 plays a crucial role in cellular signaling pathways, particularly in regulating cell morphology, motility, and apoptosis, by interacting with small GTPases such as Cdc42 and Rac. This interaction is vital for proper cytoskeleton functioning and influences transcriptional activity, essential for various physiological processes.
