Slfn2 Activators

Slfn2 activators are chemical compounds that augment the functional activity of Slfn2 through diverse signaling pathways. Forskolin and IBMX both act to raise intracellular cAMP, thereby enhancing Slfn2 activity through the secondary activation of PKA, which then may phosphorylate proteins within the Slfn2-regulated pathways, leading to an increased functional response.
