THOC3 Activators

THOC3 Activators encompasses a diverse group of compounds that share the capacity to modulate cellular pathways and thereby possibly augment the expression or activity of THOC3, a subunit of the TREX complex crucial for mRNA processing and export. These activators do not directly bind to or modify THOC3. Instead, their modes of action are grounded in altering the cellular milieu to favor conditions that could lead to increased THOC3 levels or activity. For instance, compounds such as 5-Azacytidine and SAHA operate by inhibiting enzymes involved in DNA methylation and histone deacetylation, respectively.
