SARP3 Inhibitors

SARP3 inhibitors, as a collective class, encompass a range of chemicals that either directly target the protein SARP3 or, more commonly, interfere with signaling pathways associated with the SARP3 function. Many of these compounds, such as Wortmannin and LY294002, inhibit the phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase (PI3K), a pivotal enzyme in several cellular processes. By inhibiting PI3K, these compounds can modulate the functionality and outcomes of pathways where SARP3 plays a role.
