NKAP Activators

NKAP Activators comprise a diverse set of chemical compounds that indirectly promote the functionality of NKAP through various signaling pathways. Forskolin, for instance, by raising intracellular cAMP, indirectly augments NKAP's role in transcriptional repression by activating PKA, which in turn could have downstream effects on NKAP's activity.
