CIZ1 Activators

CIZ1 Activators are a select group of chemical compounds that facilitate the enhancement of CIZ1 function through various biochemical pathways. For instance, Forskolin and Rolipram both raise intracellular cAMP levels, indirectly promoting CIZ1 activity by augmenting PKA, which may phosphorylate substrates involved in DNA replication and cell cycle control, processes where CIZ1 is a key participant. Similarly, Epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG) and Resveratrol modulate kinases and sirtuins, respectively, reducing competitive signaling and allowing CIZ1 to perform its role in maintaining nuclear integrity and supporting DNA repair mechanisms more effectively.
