    SEE ALSO...

Topo IIβ Antibody (B-6) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that detects Topo IIβ in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Topo IIβ is a crucial nuclear enzyme that plays a significant role in maintaining DNA topology during critical cellular processes, including DNA replication and transcription. Unlike Topo IIα, which is more widely expressed, Topo IIβ exhibits a unique expression pattern particularly important in neuronal development and function. The distinct C-terminal region of Topo IIβ suggests interactions with specific proteins involved in neuronal signaling pathways, thereby influencing cellular responses to DNA damage and stress. Understanding the specific interactions and functions of Topo IIβ is vital, as dysregulation has been implicated in various cancers and neurological disorders. With an ability to facilitate transient breaking and rejoining of DNA strands, Topo IIβ serves as a potential target for therapeutic interventions, making anti-Topo IIβ antibody (B-6) an essential tool for researchers studying molecular mechanisms underlying these diseases.
