FAM47B Activators

FAM47B activators are a group of chemicals that enhance the functional activity of this protein through various biochemical pathways. One class of these activators works by augmenting the levels of intracellular cAMP, which is a pivotal second messenger in cellular signaling. The increase in cAMP levels results in the activation of protein kinase A (PKA), a kinase that can phosphorylate a wide range of target proteins.
