SLC10A3 Activators

SLC10A3 activators engage various biochemical pathways to enhance the transporter's function within the cell. One activator, by binding to an enzyme that synthesizes a critical secondary messenger, leads to an increase in intracellular levels of this messenger. This rise in concentration triggers a cascade of phosphorylation events, which are vital for the functional enhancement of SLC10A3.
