KCNE1L Activators

KCNE1L activators encompass a broad array of compounds that can influence the activity of the KCNE1L protein, a potassium channel subunit. Several of these activators operate through distinctive molecular pathways, consequently affecting the function or expression of this ion channel subunit.

Forskolin is known to elevate cAMP levels, targeting adenylate cyclase-related pathways, which can subsequently affect ion channels.
