Cyp3a25 Inhibitors

Chemical inhibitors of Cyp3a25 include a range of compounds that inhibit the function of the protein through various mechanisms, all of which involve direct interaction with the enzyme itself. Ketoconazole and Itraconazole inhibit Cyp3a25 by binding to the heme iron within the active site of the enzyme.
