AMBP Activators

AMBP Activators class of chemicals includes a diverse set of compounds with distinct mechanisms of action. These chemicals do not directly activate AMBP but can influence its expression and function by modulating various cellular pathways. For instance, curcumin and salicylic acid can modulate the NF-κB pathway, which is known to regulate AMBP. Dexamethasone, a corticosteroid, can enhance AMBP expression via the glucocorticoid receptor pathway. Similarly, pioglitazone, a PPARγ agonist, can influence AMBP expression by modulating the PPARγ pathway.
