Topo IIIβ-1 Antibody (B-10) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b kappa light chain antibody that detects the Topo III beta-1 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). anti-Topo III beta-1 antibody (B-10) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Topo III beta-1 protein plays a crucial role in DNA metabolism by regulating the topological structure of DNA, specifically by relaxing negative supercoils, which is essential for processes such as DNA replication, transcription, and repair. Topo III beta-1 helps maintain genomic stability, preventing the formation of DNA tangles that could lead to mutations or cell death.
