SEE ALSO...

POLR3E Antibody (B-11) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects POLR3E protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). anti-POLR3E antibody (B-11) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. POLR3E protein, also known as DNA-directed RNA polymerase III subunit RPC5, plays a crucial role in the transcription of small RNA molecules, such as 5S rRNA and transfer RNA, which are essential for protein synthesis and cellular function. Located in the nucleus, POLR3E is one of the seventeen subunits that make up RNA polymerase III, a key enzyme responsible for synthesizing non-coding RNAs that are vital for the proper functioning of the ribosome and the translation process. The gene encoding POLR3E is situated on human chromosome 16, a region associated with various genetic disorders, highlighting the importance of this protein in maintaining cellular health and function. With its ability to facilitate the transcription of critical RNA components, POLR3E (B-11) monoclonal antibody serves as an invaluable tool for researchers studying RNA polymerase activity and its implications in health and disease.
