MMP-2/MMP-3 Inhibitor II is a potent inhibitor of MMP-2 (Ki = 1.5 µM) and MMP-3 (Ki = 520 nM). The family of MMPs (matrix metalloproteinases) are commonly known to be involved in the degradation of various extracellular matrix proteins.
