IRS-4 Antibody (C-1) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects IRS-4 protein of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). IRS-4 (C-1) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Insulin receptor substrate (IRS) proteins play a crucial role in mediating signaling pathways initiated by the Insulin receptor, and IRS-4, as the most recently characterized member of this family, shows unique expression patterns and potential functions.
