Oct-3/4 Activators

Oct-3/4 activators represent a class of chemical compounds that play a pivotal role in the regulation of the Oct-3/4 gene, a critical factor in maintaining pluripotency and self-renewal in embryonic stem cells. These activators are primarily characterized by their ability to modulate the expression of the Oct-3/4 gene, also known as POU5F1, which encodes for a transcription factor crucial for the maintenance of stem cell identity.
