MAP Antikörper und Ähnliche Produkte

Mitogen-aktivierte Proteine (MAP-Proteine) sind wesentliche Bestandteile der Signalübertragung von der Zelloberfläche zum Zellkern und beeinflussen das Zellwachstum, die Differenzierung und die Stressreaktionsmechanismen. Die Dysregulation von MAP-Proteinen wurde mit verschiedenen Krankheiten, darunter auch Krebs, in Verbindung gebracht, weshalb die MAP-Forschung für die Entwicklung gezielter Therapien von entscheidender Bedeutung ist. Forscher auf der ganzen Welt setzen monoklonale MAP-Antikörper ein, um zelluläre Signalwege und ihre Rolle bei normalen physiologischen Prozessen zu untersuchen. Moderne Nachweismethoden wie Meerrettichperoxidase (HRP), Phycoerythrin (PE) und Fluorescein-Isothiocyanat (FITC)-Konjugate ermöglichen eine präzise Visualisierung von MAP-Proteinen in experimentellen Umgebungen.
