PRAME like-1 Activators

PRAME like-1 Activators represent a group of chemical compounds that directly enhance the functional activity of PRAME like-1, a protein that is directly involved in various cellular processes and signaling pathways. For instance, Forskolin, IBMX, and Rolipram are significant compounds that influence the cAMP-dependent pathway leading to the activation of Protein Kinase A (PKA), a pathway in which PRAME like-1 is directly involved. By increasing cAMP levels or inhibiting its degradation, these compounds can enhance the functional activity of PRAME like-1.
