OTTMUSG00000010328 Activators

Chemical activators of OTTMUSG00000010328 can engage multiple cellular pathways to induce the functional activation of this protein. Forskolin, for example, is known to directly activate adenylyl cyclase, resulting in increased cyclic AMP (cAMP) levels within the cell. The rise in cAMP activates protein kinase A (PKA), which can target OTTMUSG00000010328 for phosphorylation, leading to its activation. Similarly, Epinephrine interacts with adrenergic receptors and stimulates adenylyl cyclase, thereby also raising cAMP levels and activating PKA, providing another route for the phosphorylation and activation of OTTMUSG00000010328.
