NFKBIL1 Activators

NFKBIL1 Activators are a class of chemical compounds that influence the activity of the NFKBIL1 protein. Central to the action of many of these activators is their capacity to modulate the NF-κB signaling pathway, which is intrinsically linked to the function and regulation of NFKBIL1. For example, Phorbol 12-myristate 13-acetate (PMA) is known to activate the NF-κB pathway by triggering protein kinase C. This activation can lead to downstream effects that influence NFKBIL1.
