MMP-23 Inhibitors

MMP-23 inhibitors generally work by binding to the catalytic site of the enzyme, thus preventing it from interacting with its substrates. Ro 28-2653 is another synthetic MMP inhibitor, designed to target multiple MMPs and potentially effective against MMP-23.
