LTB4DH Activators

The chemical class referred to as LTB4DH Activators includes compounds that, while not necessarily binding directly to leukotriene B4 dehydrogenase (LTB4DH), possess the ability to indirectly modulate its activity or expression. LTB4DH is an enzyme involved in the metabolism of leukotriene B4 (LTB4), a potent pro-inflammatory mediator.
