LOC727903 Inhibitors

LY294002 and Wortmannin are both inhibitors of PI3K, a lipid kinase involved in the PI3K/AKT/mTOR signaling pathway, which regulates cell growth and survival. If LOC727903 were part of this pathway, inhibition of PI3K could potentially reduce its activity. Rapamycin, by inhibiting mTOR, could have a similar effect if LOC727903 were mTOR-related.
