IL-22Rα1 Activators

IL-22Rα1 Activators encompass a spectrum of chemical compounds that indirectly enhance the receptor's functional activity through modulation of various signaling pathways. Forskolin, through its ability to raise intracellular cAMP levels, can activate PKA, which in turn may phosphorylate proteins within the IL-22Rα1 signaling cascade, amplifying the receptor's signaling capacity.
