CYP2F1 Activators

CYP2F1 activators encompass a variety of chemical structures and are involved in diverse biochemical pathways, yet they share a common ability to modulate enzyme activity, especially in the metabolism of exogenous and endogenous compounds. Similarly, clotrimazole, despite its inhibitory action on certain CYPs, can lead to the compensatory induction of others. Sulforaphane and resveratrol modulate enzyme activity by affecting signaling pathways such as Nrf2, known to regulate the expression of detoxification enzymes. Pioglitazone, as a PPARγ agonist, can influence the expression profile of CYP enzymes.
