CANT1 Inhibitors

CANT1 inhibitor Suramin, with its ability to bind nucleotides, can alter the substrate availability for CANT1, thus potentially reducing its activity. Sodium Polyoxotungstate, by inhibiting enzymes structurally similar to nucleotidases, could also inhibit CANT1 indirectly.
