C14orf25 Activators

Increased intracellular levels of cyclic AMP (cAMP) serve as a pivotal mechanism for the activation of C14orf25, which is implicated in the phosphorylation cascade of protein kinase A (PKA). The elevation of cAMP is mediated through various agents that either directly stimulate adenylate cyclase or mimic cAMP itself, consequently amplifying PKA signaling.
