    SEE ALSO...

TORC2 Antibody (E-10) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects TORC2 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). TORC2 (E-10) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates, providing versatility for different experimental needs. TORC2, part of the transducer of regulated cAMP response element-binding family, plays a crucial role in cellular signaling by acting as a coactivator for the cAMP response element-binding protein (CREB). This interaction regulates gene expression in response to hormonal signals, particularly those mediated by cAMP. TORC2′s ability to translocate from the nucleus to the cytoplasm in a CRM1-dependent manner serves as a key regulatory mechanism influencing activity and function. Understanding TORC2′s localization dynamics and phosphorylation-dependent interactions helps elucidate roles in various physiological processes and potential implications in diseases where cAMP signaling is disrupted.
