SEE ALSO...

TORC2 Antibody (F-4) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects TORC2 in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). TORC2 (F-4) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. The TORC (transducer of regulated cAMP response element-binding) proteins, which include TORC1 and TORC2, play a crucial role as coactivators of the cAMP response element-binding protein (CREB), facilitating gene transcription in response to cAMP signaling. TORC2 is primarily located in the nucleus, where TORC2 regulates gene expression by modulating CREB activity. This nuclear localization enables TORC2 to directly influence transcriptional machinery, impacting various cellular processes such as metabolism, cell growth, and differentiation. TORC protein translocation from the nucleus is a critical step in activating CRE-mediated gene expression, highlighting spatial regulation importance in cellular signaling pathways.
