SEE ALSO...

SOCS-1 Antibody (E-9) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects SOCS-1 of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). SOCS-1 (E-9) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. SOCS-1 plays a crucial role in the negative regulation of cytokine signaling, which is vital for maintaining immune homeostasis and preventing excessive inflammatory responses. By inhibiting signaling pathways activated by cytokines such as interleukin-6, SOCS-1 helps modulate immune responses and protect against autoimmune diseases. SOCS-1 structure features a central SH2 domain and a unique SOCS box, which are essential for interaction with phosphorylated cytokine receptors and downstream signaling molecules. Understanding SOCS-1 function and regulation is important for developing therapeutic strategies aimed at modulating immune responses in various diseases, including cancer and chronic inflammatory conditions.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from 这个抗原表位小,通用的物种多查了两个文献是用的这个抗体,能否买个小包装先试试可不可以用,换了几家的抗体了,来来回回折腾了一个多月了,时间耽误不起了。
