Polycystin-2 Antibody (D-3) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b kappa light chain antibody that specifically targets Polycystin-2, also known as PKD2, with reactivity confirmed across human, rat, and mouse origins in applications including western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Polycystin-2 is a crucial transmembrane protein involved in calcium signaling and is integral to maintaining normal kidney function, as PKD2 regulates ion transport within cells.
