    SEE ALSO...

p53R2 Antibody (B-10) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b kappa light chain antibody, designed to detect p53R2, also known as RRM2B, across mouse, rat, and human species. anti-p53R2 antibody (B-10) targets an epitope comprising amino acids 52-351 at the C-terminus of human p53R2, ensuring precise and reliable binding for various applications including western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). p53R2 is a crucial subunit of ribonucleotide reductase, an enzyme essential for the synthesis of deoxyribonucleoside triphosphates (dNTPs) necessary for DNA repair and replication. Structurally, p53R2 forms part of the ribonucleotide reductase complex, collaborating with the R1 subunit to regulate dNTP production, particularly during the S-phase of the cell cycle and in response to DNA damage. Post-translational modifications of p53R2, such as phosphorylation, play a vital role in regulation and localization, enabling p53R2 to translocate to the nucleus upon genotoxic stress where p53R2 supplies an immediate pool of dNTPs for DNA repair processes. This dynamic regulation is essential for maintaining genomic stability and preventing mutations that could lead to cancer. p53R2 (B-10) antibody facilitates advanced research into cell cycle regulation, DNA damage response, and the molecular mechanisms underlying tumor suppression by providing reliable detection. p53R2 monoclonal antibody (B-10) is an indispensable tool for scientists investigating the structural and functional dynamics of ribonucleotide reductase in various biological contexts.
