NTR1 Antibody (G-9) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b antibody that detects neurotensin receptor 1 (NTR1) in mouse, rat, and human samples through various applications including western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). The molecular weight of NTSR1 is supposed to be 46kDa.Based on the data of your product the band size does not match for the NTSR1. Figure 1 is smaller than 46kDA, and the Figure 2 is much larger than 46kDa. Why is this so different?
