MOG Antibody (NYRMOG) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that recognizes myelin oligodendrocyte glycoprotein (MOG) across multiple species through western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-MOG antibody (NYRMOG) comes in a non-conjugated format for flexible experimental applications. Myelin oligodendrocyte glycoprotein serves as a key component of the myelin sheath in the central nervous system, enabling proper electrical impulse conduction along nerve fibers.
