SEE ALSO...

HSP 105 Antibody (B-7) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects HSP 105 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-HSP 105 antibody (B-7) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. HSP 105, a member of the heat shock protein family, plays a crucial role in cellular stress responses, particularly in protein stabilization under stress conditions. HSP 105 is primarily localized in germ cells, where HSP 105 assists in proper folding and stabilization of proteins, including tumor suppressor p53. This interaction helps prevent premature induction of apoptosis in germ cells, ensuring proper cell survival and function during stress. Unique structural features of HSP 105, including oligomer formation capability, enhance chaperone activity, making HSP 105 essential for maintaining cellular homeostasis. HSP 105 (B-7) antibody enables researchers to gain valuable insights into cellular stress response mechanisms and molecular chaperone roles in various biological processes.
