What is the recommended fixation method for IF with HDAC1 Antibody (10E2): sc-81598?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Highly-recommended antibody for HDAC1 I use this antibody to detect 3D pancreatic cancer cell line and cancer-related fibroblasts in WB and the results are very clear and clean. It could be used even at 1:5000 as attached! The green bands in the attached are detected by HDAC1 antibody (10E2) and the red ones are detected by SMA from another company.
