GILZ Antibody (B-2) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects GILZ in mouse, rat, and human samples through various applications including western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). GILZ Antibody (B-2) is available in both non-conjugated and multiple conjugated forms, such as agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and various Alexa Fluor® conjugates. GILZ protects T cells from apoptosis induced by anti-CD3 antibodies by inhibiting Fas and Fas ligand expression, and disrupts the activity of key transcription factors like Egr-2, Egr-3, and NFAT/AP-1. GILZ interaction with c-Fos and c-Jun inhibits active AP-1 binding to DNA consensus sites, showcasing GILZ′s multifaceted role in immune signaling pathways.
