FGFR-3 Antibody (E-7) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects FGFR-3 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). FGFR-3 (E-7) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. FGFR-3, also known as fibroblast growth factor receptor 3, plays a crucial role in regulating cell growth, differentiation, and tissue repair, making FGFR-3 essential for normal skeletal development and maintenance. Mutations in FGFR-3 can lead to various skeletal disorders, including achondroplasia and thanatophoric dysplasia, highlighting FGFR-3′s importance in developmental biology and disease.
