SEE ALSO...

FGF-15 Antibody (D-9) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects FGF-15 protein of mouse origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). FGF-15 (D-9) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. FGF-15 protein plays a crucial role in regulating intestinal homeostasis and participates in signaling pathways that control cell proliferation and differentiation. FGF-15 protein is primarily expressed in the intestine and maintains the balance of gut epithelial cells, which is vital for proper digestive function and overall gut health. Dysregulation of FGF-15 protein has been implicated in various gastrointestinal disorders, making FGF-15 an important target for research and therapeutic interventions. Anti-FGF-15 antibody (D-9) enables researchers to gain insights into FGF-15 biological functions and potential implications in health and disease.

What application is the blocking peptide sc-514647 P appropriate for?

Asked by: jenniferc
Thank you for your question. The blocking peptide is intended for use as a negative control, by pre-adsorbing the mouse monoclonal antibody against the antigen. For full protocol details, please contact our Technical Services Department or view our online protocol here: https://www.scbt.com/scbt/resources/protocols/peptide-neutralization
