COL2A1 Antibody (B-1) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects Collagen α1 Type II (COL2A1) of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-COL2A1 antibody (B-1) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. COL2A1 is primarily located in cartilage, where COL2A1 forms the structural framework essential for maintaining tissue integrity and resilience.
