Cdc37 Antibody (E-4) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b kappa light chain antibody that detects Cdc37 of mouse, rat, and human origin through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Cdc37 (E-4) antibody is offered in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase, phycoerythrin, fluorescein isothiocyanate, and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Cdc37 plays a crucial role in cell cycle regulation by facilitating the formation of cyclin-dependent kinase 4 (Cdk4) and cyclin D1 complex, essential for G1 to S phase transition. Cdc37 forms a stable complex with heat shock protein 90 (Hsp90), important for stability and function of various client proteins involved in cell cycle regulation. Proper functioning of Cdc37 and associated protein interactions are critical for maintaining cellular homeostasis and preventing uncontrolled cell proliferation, which can lead to cancer.
