CD8-β Antibody (5F2) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that detects CD8 in human samples through various applications including western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and flow cytometry (FCM). CD8 is a crucial cell surface glycoprotein that forms a heterodimeric complex, typically composed of either two alpha chains or an alpha and a beta chain, and plays a vital role in the immune response by binding to class I major histocompatibility complex (MHC) molecules presented by antigen-presenting cells.
