CD8-β Antibody (F-5) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects CD8-beta protein of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). CD8-β (F-5) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. CD8-beta protein plays a crucial role in immune response, primarily by acting as a co-receptor that enhances interaction between T cell receptors and class I major histocompatibility complex (MHC) molecules on antigen-presenting cells.
