BRD3 Antibody (H-5) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that detects BRD3 in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). BRD3, also known as RING3-like protein, plays a crucial role in the regulation of gene expression and chromatin dynamics, primarily through interaction with acetylated lysines on histones, which is essential for transcriptional activation of various genes. This function is particularly important in processes such as cell cycle regulation and differentiation, making BRD3 a significant player in cellular responses to mitogenic signals.
