AQP1 Antibody (1/22) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b kappa light chain antibody that detects AQP1 in mouse, rat, and human samples through various applications including western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and flow cytometry (FCM). Anti-AQP1 antibody (1/22) is available in both non-conjugated and multiple conjugated forms, such as agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and various Alexa Fluor® conjugates. AQP1, a member of the aquaporin family, plays a crucial role in facilitating water transport across cell membranes, which is essential for maintaining cellular homeostasis and regulating fluid balance in tissues. This integral membrane protein is predominantly located in erythrocytes and renal tubule cells, where AQP1 is vital for renal water absorption and the generation of bodily fluids.
