TSPYL1 Activators
Forskolin and PGE2 are chemicals that directly target adenylate cyclase and EP receptors to increase cAMP levels, which can then lead to the upregulation of TSPYL1 in cAMP-dependent pathways. EGF works through EGF receptor activation, initiating phosphorylation cascades that can enhance TSPYL1 activity.
