TLE5 Activators

TLE5 activators are compounds that can indirectly enhance the functional activity of the TLE5 protein. TLE5 is a transcriptional co-repressor, involved in the regulation of gene expression, and operates within a complex network of signaling pathways. Chemicals that affect these pathways can, therefore, influence TLE5 activity. For instance, lithium chloride's inhibition of GSK-3 within the Wnt signaling cascade could stabilize the co-repressor function of TLE5 by altering the transcriptional regulation of downstream genes.
